The campus of SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar came alive with vibrant colours, laughter, and festive spirit as the college hosted its much-awaited Winter Carnival on 14th February 2026. The event created an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm, bringing together students, faculty members, and guests for a day filled with celebration, creativity, and learning.

The carnival was honoured by the esteemed presence of S. Jagdish Singh Ji, Sardarni Swarn Kaur ji, and the respected Principal, Dr. Payal Nanda, whose encouragement and support added immense value to the occasion. The event was further graced by the presence of Miss Priya Soni, an alumna of the college, who served as the judge for the student stalls.

One of the major highlights of the event was the enthralling group dance performance, which captivated the audience with its energy, coordination, and vibrant expressions, setting the perfect festive tone for the carnival.

The Rotaract Club of SSSS College of Commerce for Women actively participated in the Winter Carnival with great enthusiasm. A noteworthy social initiative, the “We Share, We Care Box,” was introduced to encourage students to contribute towards helping those in need, reflecting the institution’s commitment to community service and social responsibility.

Adding to the charm of the carnival were the student-run stalls, where students showcased their creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills. The stalls offered a wide range of products and services, including eatables, mehndi art, resin art, crochet items, nail art, and more, drawing significant attention from visitors and highlighting the practical talents of the students.
